POLICIES
Thank you for choosing DaLisa Rashad Esthetics & Beauty. I am excited and honored that you have put your trust in me with your skincare and beauty needs.
Here you will find our scheduling policy and instructions.
This business is located in a home based studio, in Florissant, Mo. Please respect the privacy of the owner. Do not come to the address without a scheduled appointment. Do not provide the address to others. The address will be provided via email after booking. Please do not bring other people (including children) with you. Please use the restroom before coming to your appointment.
BOOKING FEES: Are required and are non-refundable/transferable.
Same day appointments are welcomed, and are still required to be booked here. There is a strict 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. After the grace period has expired,there will be a $10 fee added to your balance. After 20 minutes your appointment is canceled, and must be rescheduled. Your booking fee is not transferable for a new time/date. If I am running behind, and late getting to your service, your service will be discounted.
NO CALL NO SHOWS: Will result in being charged 50% of your remaining balance. If balance is not paid for no call no show, you will not be able to book again until balance is paid. Repeated no call/no shows will be banned from booking.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: if needing to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If it is a same day appointment, please provide notice at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
I respect all of my clients, and am very grateful for your patronage. All I ask is that you also respect myself, and my business. Please keep an open and honest communication with me regarding your appointments. Life happens and I understand that. All things listed here are strictly enforced for ALL clients.
